A beautifully crafted private art-deco mansion, this renovation is an exciting and fantastic opportunity. One of the major issues was finding a perfect balance between the preservation of this + 100-year-old heritage building and at the same time having a resolutely technical building offering quality ecological housing for its future residents.
The building will offer 10 exclusive appartements. Each appartement will be different and boast some historical elements within a contemporary layout. The “jewel in the crown” is certainly the magnificent dome of laced steel and glass which expands over several meters over the main stairwell. This light dome demonstrates the extraordinary craftsmanship of the artisans at the time.
